Adaptive project management - this approach uses a set of different methodologies, defined as agile, light or flexible, and tools used in managing complex and innovative projects. Quick adaptation and openness to changes in the project is the basis of Agile methodology. There is no separate design phase as in traditional project management.

• ability to apply techniques and tools used for various projects;

• ability to apply the project management approach based on the idea of continuous learning, focused on adapting and seeking new solutions.
