These are workshops devoted to the new method of event design, planning, construction and management. EventCanvas is a type of template for strategic management of event design, development and documentation. The proposed model is based on taking into account expectations, potential profits and solving problems of all parties, stakeholders of the event. The basis of the visual map is designing their behavior and expectations, but also costs and assumed revenues.

 

As a result, we achieve:  

• increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of events;

• effective event project management;
