Operating strategies of destinations and facilities
It is a form of workshops devoted to analyzing the position of a specific object, destination, place marketing office (including convention bureaux) in relation to the current model of activity, competition analysis, identifying key players, global trends, taking into account the capabilities and goals of a given entity. The training is also based on joint analysis of case studies and the search for best practices (benchmarking). It leads to joint conclusions and creation of a list of sentences to be implemented in the functioning of the organization.
As a result, we achieve:
team involvement in business analysis;
developing proposals for changes aimed at the effective functioning of the organization;
indication of competitors and best practices;
increasing the effectiveness of the entity's functioning in the indicated area.
